Obituary
Refugio Rangel nació el 19 de Septiembre de 1957 y falleció el 31 de Diciembre del 2020. El velorio será este Martes, 5 de Enero de 8:00 a 11:00 am. Y despues se celebrará una misa de cuerpo presente en la Iglesia Reina del Universo: A las 11:30 am. De ahí partirá al Cementerio St. Casimir. Descanse en paz, Refugio Rangel.
