Maria Concepción Medina Simental nació 7 de Febrero de 1994 falleció 22 de Mayo, del 2024. El velorio se llevará a cabo este Martes, 28 de Mayo de 3:00 pm. a 7:00 pm. El Miercoles, se oficiará una misa de cuerpo presente en la Iglesia San Leonardo, ubicada 3318 Clarence Ave, Berwyn IL. 60402, a las 10:00 am. De ahí partirá al Cementerio Monte Carmelo. Descanse en paz, Maria Concepción.
