Maria L. Mazur, 80 passed away on June 26, 2016. Maria was born in Mexico and was the oldest of eight siblings, predecest Javier, Patricia, Efrain, and still with us Juanita, Luisa, Efren, and Alfonso. She moved to the United States at a very young age and resided in Chicago IL. She is the late widow to Carlos Haddock with whom she had two children with Carlos J. Haddock, and Solangia Haddock Cook. Maria was also the late widow to Joseph Mazur.
Grateful to have shared in her life are her grandchildren Carlos A. Haddock, Mia Haddock, Xavier Cook and Aliyah Cook. Her nieces who she loved and raised as her daughters Amy Macias, and Samantha Cabral. Maria was grandmother to many who all came to know her better as Abula Maria. She will be loved and missed by all. May she rest in peace in the kingdom of God.
